Terms & Conditions – Shop Spend Score

By participating in The Barracks Shop Spend Score Campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Introduction:The Barracks Shop Spend Score (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) is organised by The Barracks Centre Management (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”). The Campaign runs from December 1st to December 20th, inclusive (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign Period”).
  2. Eligibility: Participation in the Campaign is open to legal residents who make a purchase from any retailer during the Campaign Period. To be eligible, participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  3. How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, participants must make a purchase from any retailer at any value during the Campaign Period. Each purchase constitutes one entry into the Campaign.
  4. Prize Pool: The Campaign features one cash prize of $1000.
  5. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected through a random draw from the pool of eligible entries. The draw will be conducted on site on 20 December 2024 and the winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
  6. Announcement of Winner: The winner will be announced on the official The Barracks website and social media channels. By entering the Campaign, participants consent to the public announcement of their names as the winner.
  7. General Conditions: a. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. b. The Organiser is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or incomplete entries. c. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final.
  8. Modification or Termination: The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice.
  9. Privacy: By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to the Organiser’s use of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Campaign.
  10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
