Sushi Edo serves fresh sushi from the convenience of a conveyor train or takeaway as a quick and easy option.
You will find a range of nigiri, aburi, gunkan and hand rolls on the $3.50 a plate sushi train or take your pick from the a la carte menu which includes dishes like Wagyu beef, sashimi sets and uodn noodles.
Sushi Edo are passionate about sourcing the highest quality and healthiest ingredients possible from Koshihikari rice(high quality rice for sushi) to Atlantic salmon sourced from a Tasmanian World Heritage Wilderness Area.
